Country Village Condo Refresh
This condo will serve my clients well for years to come and offer them great value for when they are ready to sell. A budget conscious solution with using existing cabinets and adding some fresh new paint is a great way to achieve a new look.
This Country Hills Condo is a beautiful condo complex right on a little pond and close to everything you could need. My clients loved their space, but were ready for a fresh update! From early 2000's yellow oak, to white, bright and beautiful, this kitchen is now a showstopper in the building. The wood cabinets and bones of the space were already in great shape, it was just time to bring them into the 2020’s. With a fresh coat of paint, the cabinets look brand new! The updated hardware adds a little shine to the fronts and is functional for everyday use. The black faucet and countertop support add a nice pop of contrast to the space.
The Cambria quartz countertops were certainly the splurge item on this renovation, but just look at them…stunning! A soft grey with creamy white veins really adds some texture to the space. The beautiful granite sink from Blanco matches so well with the countertops and seamlessly blends into the space. The bar height countertop was removed and the existing countertop was extended to create a functional eating space. Without changing much of the footprint in the kitchen, the large, expansive counter really opens up the space and allows for a few people to gather around. Counter stools from Elite Living finish off the new modern look.
The guest bathroom and primary bathroom were updated to match the stunning new kitchen. Bright and clean with crisp white cabinets in Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace with the Cambria quartz, black faucets and new black vanity lights from Signature Lighting, a local supplier here in Calgary. Bathrooms don't need to be boring, they deserve a fun refresh too!
